2014年に廃校となった、福岡県田川市の小学校を、多機能型交流施設に改修する地方創生プロジェクト。音楽スタジオや創業支援施設、宿泊所などを基盤として、多様な人種、アイデア、ビジネスの混じり合う、おおきなパレットのような場所をめざした。まちの風景に新しい色を彩りながら、地域とともに持続的に成長しつづける廃校改修モデル、地方創生のモデルとなるように。
